Creamy, comforting and full of health benefits, Golden Milk is a winter warmer worth pairing with our individually portioned, organic, Healthyish cakes!
January is all too often a month restricted to rules, diet goals, monotonous gym plans, feelings of guilt and failure. However, the Healthyish philosophy is not about restriction. We believe in indulgences and healthy resolutions (here’s some tips for striking that balance), but we also believe in truly caring for ourselves. Golden milk is a perfect example of a sweet indulgence and self care.
Golden milk, a creamy, lightly-sweetened beverage is warming and satisfying, but each sip packs a long list of healthy benefits, especially during the winter months. We recommend sipping golden milk as a nightly ritual. It’s a warm, slow-sipping way to unwind from the day, and we took the liberty of creating a cake pairing because there’s nothing better than a sweet, Healthyish conclusion to the day.
We start this Golden Milk dessert pairing with our Healthyish Mellow Yellow Cake Mix, which gets its sunny hue the natural way – from turmeric!
The Benefits of Turmeric:
Improves general immunity
Provides relief from coughs, cold and flu
A good remedy for digestion issues
Clarifies the skin
… and it tastes great in cake!
